Churchill’s first Giving Day

• Our first-ever Giving Day, ChuGives ran for 36 hours in March 2022. During this time our entire community of alumni, students, Fellows and staff were encouraged to join together, from all over the world, to celebrate the best of the College and support key projects benefiting Churchill students. Thanks to our community we raised over £240,000 across our priority projects from over 400 donors.
• In December the College celebrated 50 years since the admission of the first female undergraduates to Churchill with a panel discussion of the Royal Society. Some of the women FRS members of the College community were invited to speak: the Master, Professor Jenny Nelson (U80), Professor Nicola Spaldin (U88, Honorary Fellow) and Julia, The Baroness Brown of Cambridge (Past Fellow, Honorary Fellow).
